The Sinovel Angel Fund, envisioned by Feng Deng, and jointly initiated by Datong Chen, Harry Shum, and Feng Li, aims to cultivate a new generation of overseas Chinese youth with aspirations to found venture businesses.

In addition to investment funding, Sinovel partners and their families/friends volunteer to encourage, support, and incubate young entrepreneurs and their enterprises. The fund is committed to dedicating a portion of investment returns towards social impact projects led by Chinese youth.

By nurturing the talented seeds of young overseas Chinese entrepreneurs, innovative ideas will take root and blossom into impactful global enterprises.
